Taxi Ride To The Sky

A few months back, I blogged about a couple who took a taxi ride from New York to Arizona. The retired couple wanted to spare their pets from the trauma of an airplane ride. A sad ending to a heartwarming story.

Remembering Ariana and Tyler Payne

The release of the remains of Ariana Payne by the Pima County Medical Examiner's Office has put her mother in a difficult situation. As a "lefty", I have no idea how to feel about that. I don't know whether to feel bitter that noone ever told me, or betrayed by my fellow lefties. Maybe I should just be happy that I found

Taegen McKinney: "Lil' Butterfly"

Taegen McKinney was just 17 months old when her babysitter's boyfriend allegedly murdered her. Her brief time on Earth has touched the hearts of many. Here is a video tribute to Taegen someone made that I wanted to share.
Rest In Peace, "Lil' Butterfly". Justice will come soon.

Because I Sweat

I really have to laugh a lot of times when I hear the excuses that some people use for their behavior. Not because it's funny, but because it's pathetic. Such is the sad tale of a Catholic priest caught jogging naked in Colorado.

The Rev. Robert Whipkey told officers he had been running naked at a high school track and didn't think anyone would be around at that time of day, a police report
