Meet Reina Gonzales. Reina was arrested in connection with the death of Ariana Payne, daughter of Christopher Payne, the sludge that allegedly killed her and put her in a tub, then locked her dead body in a storage locker. Reina is the girlfriend of Christopher Payne and also shares a son with him. It seems Reina was in a position to get help for Ariana and did nothing.
