Chandler Serial Rapist
(Composite of alleged Chandler Serial Child Rapist:
Hispanic male, speaks English with a Spanish accent, in his 30's, approximately 5'6" in height, muscular build, with black hair, hazel eyes, and a thin mustache. Since a 5th attack has occurred, police believe that this is the composite that resembles the suspect the most.)
